Homeopathy Consultations with Anne-Marie

With over 20 years of personal experience in homeopathy, I have witnessed its remarkable benefits firsthand. Throughout my journey, I have successfully utilised homeopathic remedies to address acute illnesses, injuries, and everyday first-aid situations for both my family and myself. The knowledge and basic remedies I acquired provided me with a valuable toolkit, empowering me to care for my children and reducing the need for immediate doctor appointments or reliance on over-the-counter painkillers.

Following my own experience, I have designed my consultations with the ethos of allowing generous time to really understand you. Comprehensive care and support for the clients with whom I work is something else I very much integrate into my service for you.

Prior to a first consultation, we typically engage in a preliminary phone conversation or Discovery Call to establish what you hope to achieve and what you have tried so far as a foundation for our work together.

The Initial Consultation typically lasts around 90 minutes, with a warm drink or refreshing glass of water to hand, we settle into my calm clinic space and ample time is allowed. I listen carefully to your recount of your current symptoms in the context of your health history. Afterwards I will ask some targeted questions to gather additional information.

Following the consultation, I carefully analyse the case details and form a tailored treatment plan, including the preparation of specific remedies. The prescription is then shared with you via email. Depending on proximity, clients have the option to collect remedies directly from me, or alternatively, I promptly dispatch them via first-class post.

After a period of 4-6 weeks, a follow-up consultation of 45 minutes to an hour is scheduled to assess how you have responded to treatment, review any changes in how you are feeling, and determine the next steps in the treatment plan.

The same procedure applies whether consultations are online or in person, with the only difference being that online clients will need to prepare their own drink!

Additionally, I offer 20-minute telephone calls offering homeopathic treatment for your recently developed symptoms such as colds, sore throats, flu, injuries, bites, and stings. These are often situations which your body will clear up by itself, but if you would rather soothe your symptoms naturally rather than repeated use of painkillers, then I could help you with homeopathic remedies suitable for acute illness.

My Approach

Step one: Start a Conversation.

Get in touch via the form on the Contact page. I encourage a preliminary phone conversation or ‘Discovery call’, before you book in, to ensure that we are a good fit for working together. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions and for me to hear what you have tried so far.

Step two: Book a Consultation.

Once we have established that we want to work together we book your initial consultation in the diary and I will send you a Health History form to complete and a Client Therapist agreement to sign. You will decide whether you want to pay per session or take the reduced rate by booking a package.

Step three: Your First Consultation.

You attend your first consultation with me, either in person or online. You will need to allow around 90 minutes for this meeting.

At this initial appointment, It is important for me to gain a clear understanding of you as an individual, what makes you tick, and how you respond in different situations. All aspects of your life are relevant, your sleep and dreams, your digestion, your work and interests. I listen closely, making notes and asking questions to gather any additional pertinent information.

At the end of this first consultation, we will book a follow-up appointment, usually for around 4-6 weeks ahead, when we will assess progress, review any changes, and determine the next steps in the treatment plan.

Step four: Your Treatment Plan and Prescription.

Following the consultation, I carefully collate all the information you have shared and decide on an individual treatment plan incorporating the homeopathic remedies I have determined resonate with your state of health.

I share the prescription with you by email, and either I dispatch it via first-class post, or if you live locally we can arrange collection.

Appointments and Fees

Consultations and homeopathic remedies provide a dedicated package of care and support for my clients.

Fees are set to reflect time spent with you during consultation, as well as supplementary research, analysis and prescription.

Simple remedies prescribed come within the consultation fee, however there will be an extra charge for remedy bottles, supplementary prescription (eg creams, tissue salts/similar) and postage and packaging where necessary.

Online or in person - £90 This includes reviewing your health history, gaining an understanding of your current state of health, and forming a treatment plan with a prescription.
Online or in person £60. I will assess your response to treatment since your previous consultation. A decision will be made on whether to repeat, adjust or alter your prescription.
By telephone. £25 plus remedies
Suitable for recently developed symptoms/injuries such as colds, sore throats, ‘flu, injuries, bites, and stings.
