TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

Anne-Marie Shilling, Homeopath at Balanced Health with Homeopathy

These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

General terms and conditions

This site is owned and operated by Balanced Health with Homeopathy of Oak Tree Lodge, Station Road, Ditton Priors. WV16 6SS. If you have any queries about these terms and conditions or if you have any comments or complaints on or about our website, you can contact us by email ams.homeopathy21@gmail.com or by post to the address above.

1. The contract between us

Homeopathy works best when both homeopath and client are motivated and committed to achieve the best results. As the client, when you agree to undertake a course of homeopathic treatment you also agree to engage with the process, by being open about your health history and by considering, and where possible putting into place, any nutritional or lifestyle changes that are suggested to you.  It is with commitment and by us working together that you will see the best results.

Legally, payment of the price for the services represents an offer on your part to purchase the services, which will be accepted by us only when a confirmation of acceptance and booking is sent by us.  Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us. We must receive payment prior to, or no later than on the day of your appointment.

2. Acknowledgement of your booking

To enable us to process your booking, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your appointment request and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
